Life Stories of Blue-Collar, White-Collar, and Digital Workers

Abstract
It seeks to describe the profile of the workers who, within the framework of the different industrial revolutions, were the archetypal workforce in each case. At the time they were known as blue collar worker (2nd Industrial Revolution) and white collar worker (3rd Industrial Revolution); With the new changes (4th Industrial Revolution) a new type of employee is emerging, which we call digital collar. To address the topic we will use the resource of telling these passages from the life stories of fictional but true characters such as those of Rogelio, Rosalía, Leticia, Segismundo, Bruna and Juanma who will represent each of the stages of those collars: blue for the industrial overalls, white for the impeccable administrative shirt and digital for the intrusion of new current and future technologies. In each case, key variables have been selected that allow us to delve into the transformations that were taking place: Trajectory, training, organizational culture and work environment.
